Project Description

We were instructed by our client, a private homeowner, to act as designers for them and provide design services (up to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 4 – Technical Design) in respect of proposed extensions and alterations to a residential property.

Our appointment included;

• Completing initial measured survey and producing Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) drawings of existing layout
• Producing a series of outline design drawings showing all ideas discussed and within the initial brief for client review
• Following client approval of outline design, developing the design and lodging the planning application
• Upon approval of planning application, upgrading the drawing package to include detailed designs/technical drawings and lodging building regulations application
